2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us through the forms on this site:
Contact form
Your name, email and the message you write. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if it moves forward, to manage the business relationship.
Resource downloads (guides / ebooks)
Your name, email and, optionally, company. We use them to give you access to the resource. If you tick the consent box, we also use them to send you content and news from the studio; you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you submit the form (and, where applicable, tick the communications box).
- Pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering and following up on your request.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the relationship or mutual interest lasts and, after that, for the applicable legal periods. If you withdraw your consent, we delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell or share your data. To run the site we use providers that act as data processors:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
- Database: [database provider]
- Email delivery: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (United States). In those cases, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@estudiovarsovia.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
