A global report on gender equity and leadership that needed to stop looking like an institutional document and start working like a tool.
The challenge
An institutional brief, several national societies involved, three languages, tight deadlines and an explicit mandate to avoid “yet another PDF” that nobody would read.
An editorial system with original vector illustration, a controlled institutional palette and a clear hierarchy between hard data, field stories and the voice of leadership. Local societies adapt it without breaking the visual unity.
