Ocean Reef — A private community that stepped out of hiding

Context

Two man-made islands off Panama City, a way of life that was barely communicated, and the need to speak to an international audience without losing the soul of the project.

The challenge

Ocean Reef was selling square meters; we had to sell a way of life. The existing material was generic real-estate copy in stiff English, indistinguishable from any other development in the Caribbean.

We built a quieter, almost editorial language: restrained photography, plenty of white space, typography with character and a website that reads like a harbor magazine. The brand stopped promising and started showing.
